The Activity Bus drops of at The Center for the Arts around 3:15pm.
Students will be greeted and escorted by a staff member to their 3:45pm classes.

Drawing, Painting & Printmaking Studio
Leading up to Thursday’s Plein Air Painting event, join us for any or all of these fun studio classes honing in on specific techniques, refining your skills in different media each day! All supplies included.
MONDAY 9:30am- 11am
Learning to draw is learning to see. Follow your natural inclinations working in pencil, charcoal or ink, working from life and/or your imagination.
TUESDAY 9:30am - 11am
Brush up on your color theory, shading and blending skills using watercolor or acrylic paint.
WEDNESDAY 9:30am - 11am
Experiment with an array of monoprinting techniques applying ink directly to plexiglass using a wide range of painting & drawing tools, running your own series of prints through the press.
Michele Elaine Walters, has been an artist most of her life. She always knew she wanted to be an artist; even at a young age, she was making art. Originally from Gold Country in Northern California, she relocated to Wyoming in 1999. She has been teaching with the Art Association since 2003. She has taught to all ages, in all mediums. In her personal work, she portrays her surroundings incorporating surrealistic undertones as landscapes, people, and animals; sometimes representational and sometimes not. She uses symbolism to represent the reflection of her own subconscious. Some of her symbols are bold and have a blunt message, where others are vague and left to be interpreted differently by each viewer. She works in painting, printmaking, papermaking and fibers.
