Experience the excitement of crafting cold glass using a glass torch (adult assisted), hand tools and borosilicate glass. Create small winter inspired sculptures such as snowflakes, in time for Valentine's Day.

METALSMITHING

This beginner class will experiment with copper and brass as we learn to stamp, drill, bend, polish and join metal in a variety of different projects. Copper and brass are included in class. If you'd like to purchase silver, it will be available in class.

Learn how to coat metal in colorful glass using a kiln. We will learn basic techniques and move toward cloisonné by the end of the class. It will be helpful to have taken the Metal-smithing class in March.
