Artist & Writers Scholarship

The Art Association is proud to announce a new scholarship: Artists & Writers Scholarship. The initiative was created to offer one rising High School Junior the opportunity to work closely with the Art Association to refine their skills and develop a portfolio over the course of the academic year. Once selected, the student scholarship winner will be paired with a mentor at the Art Association, dependent upon their preferred medium. Together, they will develop a detailed plan for the student’s experience throughout the year. The student will have unlimited access to Art Association classes, workshops, and open studio sessions. They will also receive a stipend for materials and supplies. At the end of the school year, the student will present their work and a summary of their experience to the Artists & Writers.
