Events Coordinator

The Art Association of Jackson Hole is seeking a full-time Events Coordinator to support the Director of Finance & Operations with tasks associated with events. The Events Coordinator supports the department in event permitting, vendor selection and communication, catering, programming, volunteer trainings, development of timelines, venue layout, event logistics.

Volunteer & Administrative Coordinator 

The Art Association of Jackson Hole is seeking a full-time Volunteer & Administrative Coordinator to provide support ensuring efficient operation of the office, support departments through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Volunteer & Administrative Coordinator oversees a strong volunteer program and fosters relationships that ensure volunteers are able to support the organizations needs, as well as support the gallery and store with customer services and store sales.
