This May the Art Association will present a collaborative art show "I Made This: Work from Youth and Outreach Classes." The exhibit celebrates a collection of works from young Art Association students and also artists who participate in the Creating Hand-in-Hand Outreach program.
Join us for the Opening Reception on Thursday, May 16 from 5 - 7 pm or stop by during Gallery hours from 9 am - 5 pm every Monday - Friday.
Outreach participants include C Bar V Ranch, Community Entry Services, Crickets Preschool, Community Safety Network, Middle School Art Club, Mountain House, Red Top Meadows, Senior Center of Jackson Hole, St. John’s Living Center, and Teton County Library.
The goal of the Creating Hand-in-Hand program is to make art accessible to the local community, including those who have been identified as underserved. Creating Hand-in-Hand, has been providing opportunities for art enthusiasts of all ages for more than 25 years. The program attests to the benefits of incorporating art into everyday life. Weekly classes bring joy and creativity to the lives of clients and residents.
