Admin Assistant
The Admin Assistant provides essential support to ensure efficient operation of the office. They assist the Executive Director through a variety of organizational and communication tasks. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Accurately enter data for accounts receivable information from a variety of platforms. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Studio Manager
The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth
functioning of activities within the facility. This individual ensures that staff and operations align with the
Art Associations mission, vision, and goals.

Instructor
Instructors teach preschool, youth, and/or adult classes or camps at the Art Association of Jackson Hole or remote locations throughout the year. This job requires instructors to provide high-level educational art classes to a multitude of students ranging from pre-kindergartners to senior citizens. Our goal is to bring awe and inspiration to students of all ages and backgrounds by providing them with the exploration of self through art. The primary roles and responsibilities of the instructor is to develop and implement age-appropriate art projects, manage the class(es) effectively, and to maintain high standards of cleanliness and care for Art Association studio spaces or remote locations.
