Art Associations mission, vision, and goals.

Gallery Manager
The Gallery Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the gallery and art supply store, supporting artists, coordinating exhibitions, and ensuring an engaging experience for visitors. Ensuring the inventory correlates with the Art Association’s mission and provides support material for the various educational classes. This role requires a blend of administrative skills, art knowledge, and a passion for promoting contemporary art and culture. The Gallery Manager will work in a vibrant gallery environment and may require flexible working hours for events, openings, and sales events.

Events Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Events Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of a variety of events and social celebrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Events represent significant fundraising revenue for the organization. The events coordinator will help ensure the target audience is engaged, and the message of the event is marketed properly. The events coordinator will be required to work off-site and work evenings or weekends to oversee events.

Ceramics Technician
The Ceramics Technician is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a ceramic’s studio,
including maintaining equipment, preparing materials, and ensuring the studio is organized and fully
functional. This individual plays a key role in supporting artists, students, and instructors by providing
technical assistance, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and managing the technical
aspects of ceramics production.

Instructor
Instructors teach preschool, youth, and/or adult classes or camps at the Art Association of Jackson Hole or remote locations throughout the year. This job requires instructors to provide high-level educational art classes to a multitude of students ranging from pre-kindergartners to senior citizens. Our goal is to bring awe and inspiration to students of all ages and backgrounds by providing them with the exploration of self through art. The primary roles and responsibilities of the instructor is to develop and implement age-appropriate art projects, manage the class(es) effectively, and to maintain high standards of cleanliness and care for Art Association studio spaces or remote locations.
