Cancellation Policy

Adult Classes & Workshops

If a registration cancellation is requested at any time after enrollment, the student will receive a refund minus the 15% cancellation fee and processing fee. If a registration cancellation is requested less than one week before the start of a class, workshop, or camp, there is no refund. The processing fee is non-refundable.

Youth Classes & Workshops

If a registration cancellation is requested at any time after enrollment, the student will receive a refund minus the 25% cancellation fee and processing fee. If a registration cancellation is requested two weeks or less than the start of a class, workshop, or camp, there is no refund. The processing fee is non-refundable.

Correspondence

All essential information is included in the class description on our website. The Art Association may send additional information about a class prior to its start, if necessary.

Waitlists

If you or your child is on a class waitlist and a spot becomes available, we will contact you by email. Openings are offered to the first person on the waitlist. Due to high demand and time sensitivity, please respond promptly—if we don’t hear back in time, the spot may be offered to the next person in line.

Substitute Instructors

The Art Association reserves the right to provide a qualified substitute instructor for any and all classes.

Photo Policy

The Art Associations may use photos taken during classes, workshops and camps for promotional materials.
