The Teton Plein Air Painters are a group of artists who began meeting informally in 2012. The Art Association supports the group by managing communications, while volunteer organizers handle most of the planning.
From May through October, the group meets weekly to paint on location throughout Teton County, and occasionally travels to areas such as Teton County, Idaho and Dubois, Wyoming. Artists of all experience levels—from beginners to professionals—are welcome, united by a shared love of painting landscapes outdoors. Participants include long-time locals, part-time valley residents, and visitors.
All current Art Association of Jackson Hole members are eligible to join the Teton Plein Air Painters’ outings.
To participate, become a member or renew, then email Annabelle Rey at annabelle@artassociation.org to be added to the email list.
